Our Tiger Teams consist of extraordinary tradesmen that are experts in his/her trade. We build teams to meet our customers' demand and set these up many different ways. Tiger Teams also have some added quality perks over the typical staffing arrangement. 

Direct Placements

If a client is only looking for assistance sourcing candidates to hire directly to their organization, we can assist with that as well. Our recruiting department can take on the burden of sourcing, vetting, and testing candidates, before setting up interviews for you.

Bidding

If you would like to "farm out" a full project of certain tasks of a project, we have the ability to bid on this type of work as well. Typically, we like to bid these jobs for labor hours only and have the material supplied by the customer, but as our other services this can be customized to best suit your needs.
